By accessing or using Vamos A Venezuela (“VAV,” the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
VAV is a marketplace that connects travelers with tourism providers (posadas, experiences, travel agents) in Venezuela. We are a platform facilitator — we do not own, operate, or manage the accommodations, tours, or transport services listed. Providers are independent businesses responsible for delivering their listed services.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not currently ask for or verify your date of birth, so this is a condition you accept when you register rather than something we check. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Travel agent applications are reviewed by our team before an agent can sell on the platform. Provider onboarding confirms control of the contact details already published for a listing — the phone number or Instagram account — which establishes that whoever claims the listing can be reached at them; it is not an identity check on the individual behind the business. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or fail verification.
Each listing has its own cancellation policy set by the provider (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict). Review the cancellation policy before confirming your booking. Refunds we issue today return the full amount charged, VAV's service fee included. The Cancellation & Refund Policy linked below sets out exactly what the platform does, and does not do, in each case — read it before you book.
If a provider cancels your confirmed booking, you are entitled to a full refund including the service fee; contact us to have it processed, as there is no automated provider-cancellation flow. We may also assist in finding alternative accommodations.

Travelers using VAV agree to:
Travel agents on VAV curate packages and earn commission on bookings made through their storefront. Agents set their own markup and are responsible for accurate package descriptions. Agents are not employees or representatives of VAV.
VAV reserves the right to remove reviews that breach these terms, and to remove agents who receive consistently negative feedback or violate platform guidelines. Reviews are not pre-moderated before they appear.
VAV uses artificial intelligence to provide itinerary suggestions, WhatsApp concierge assistance, and travel recommendations. AI-generated content is informational and does not constitute professional travel advice. Always verify critical details (safety conditions, visa requirements, health advisories) with official sources.
If a dispute arises between a traveler and provider, both parties should first attempt to resolve it directly. If unresolved, raise it with us at legal@vamosavenezuela.com within 14 days of the experience. Travel agents have a dispute form in their dashboard; for everyone else the route is email, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. VAV will review evidence from both sides and make a binding determination over any funds still held by the platform.
VAV is a marketplace platform. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, quality, or safety of providers, their listings, or the experiences delivered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAV's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform is limited to the service fees you have paid to VAV in the preceding 12 months.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform, accuracy of AI-generated content, or the safety of travel in any region.
All VAV platform content, design, and branding are owned by Vamos A Venezuela. Listing content (photos, descriptions) is owned by the respective providers who grant VAV a license to display it on the Platform. You may not reproduce Platform content without permission.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, pending bookings will be handled per the applicable cancellation policy, and escrowed funds will be resolved accordingly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
